• Zexion has been quiet after the incident. Maybe he's just crabby about the whole matter. He should have listened to my observation. Axel is not reliable. Even if he thinks he has completely enslaved him, he has not.
   
• The Superior has been quiet, I believe he must be sleeping again. How are we supposed to conduct the experiments if he spends a 90% of the week alone locked in his room? Just when we need him the most... It is a habit of his. I know it... it has happened before.

10:45 PM The rat-humanoids attempt to invade the castle.
11:05 PM They trespass the main gate and enter, spreading through the castle like a pest. Some of them approach to the laboratory.
11:17PM They enter the laboratory. I had already used the secret passage leading to the lab equipment room.
11:20 PM I hide inside a wardrobe.
11:32 PM After twelve excruciating minutes of dread, Axel and his 'friend' arrive.

At least now I have plenty of biological material to use in the experiments. Oils and fluids extracted from the remains provide a new spectrum of possibilities.

The issue with the abominable creatures has been finally solved. Their behavioral patterns have changed after the first week of observation.

These lobster-like creatures are quite hazardous. I attempted to vivisect dissect one and it tried to poke one of my eyes out. It was unexpected, the least to say.
Number VIII should take care of those beasts, he has enough free time to keep making obnoxious remarks.
